Hey! I'm Olga, the owner of this wonderful apartment, where we happily lived for 4 years. During this time the fresh clean air and daily swims in the pristine sea significantly improved our health and completely alleviated our allergies. Our apartment, just a 2-minute walk from our private beach, is ideally located by the open sea, allowing us almost daily access. We enjoyed a healthy lifestyle, eating fresh local food, and engaging in outdoor sports, and our children attended a nearby British international school.
While working remotely, sitting on the balcony of my amazing apartment with a breathtaking view of the endless open sea and magnificent nature, I conceived an idea for a sustainable startup and we should relocate to another country to develop my startup full-time.
We purchased this apartment for ourselves and thus spared no expense on a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing renovation. We custom-ordered furniture based on our own designs and imported some of them from Italy. Everything inside the apartment is highly quality, functional, and designed for convenience and efficiency.
In Montenegro, I was inspired to start painting great pictures due to the stunning natural surroundings. Our entire family began playing the piano. This country truly inspires you to discover and nurture your creative talents!
We made wonderful friends in Montenegro, savoured yachting trips, and relished the natural beauty of the country through hiking. Additionally, the neighbours in our condominium are very nice, with many of them being well-known personalities. The atmosphere here is supportive, friendly, and full of positive energy.
The convenience of living in a condominium, rather than a separate house, proved invaluable - maintenance of the Customer Service 24/7 was just a call away, and we had easy access to cafes, restaurants, healthcare, sport spaces, golf, tennis, huge swimming pools, spas, and a nearby 5-star hotel with very friendly staff.
Our apartment boasts the best view in the development - breathtaking view of the Marina, mountains, and endless sea from the window, providing us with incredible sunrises and sunsets every day. Its large apartment and at the same time single-level layout meant no stairs to climb and it's really very convenient.
We cherished every single day in this exceptional apartment, one of the best in Montenegro! Thank you very much and I'm sure you enjoy your stay in this amazing apartment as much as we did! I just listed the apartment for sale (June 2024) and initially, I will be renting it out in July, August, and September, possibly followed by a long-term rental.
